• Company founded as Antifriction Bearings Corporation in Technical Collaboration with STEYR DIAMLER PUCH AG, Austria for making Thrust Bearings.

1998

• Technical alliance with NSK, Japan.
• QS-9000 certification from TUV, Germany.

2002

• Name changed to ‘ABC Bearings Limited’.

2005

• SAP system installed. On Line ERP connectivity of all offices, go downs and plant.

2006

• ISO/TS 16949 accreditation from TUV.

2007

• ISO 14001 : 2004 Certification.
• Joint Venture with NSK-ABC.
• Pro-Engineer, Advance Mechanics, design software’s installed.

2008

• Begin Exports to Toyota Philippines, Carraro Italy and Dana Italy.
• NSK - ABC Bearings India Limited starts operations in Chennai.
• Inventor 2009, design soft-ware installed.
• Long Association Award received from Tata Motors.

2009

• Designed Unitized Hub Bearings for Y1 program.
